Our Services

  • Not sure where to start? We'll walk your property, show you the risks, and explain your options. No obligation.

  • A professional, insurance-ready evaluation of your property across all defensible space zones. You get a detailed report with photos and a clear action plan - what needs to be done, in what order, to protect your home and meet insurance requirements.

  • We clear vegetation around your home and structures following Colorado State Forest Service and NFPA standards. This includes removing brush, thinning trees, eliminating ladder fuels, and creating the zones that give your home the best chance of surviving a wildfire. Every project is documented for your records and insurance.

Most properties require work in Zone 1 (0-15 feet), Zone 2 (15-100 feet), and sometimes Zone 3 (100-200 feet).

  • Defensible space isn't one-and-done. Vegetation grows back, conditions change, and insurance compliance requires ongoing verification. We offer semi-annual or annual maintenance visits to keep your property in compliance and your documentation up to date.

  • Many homeowners qualify for 50-75% reimbursement through the West Region Wildfire Council. We guide you through the process and connect you with the right people. Less hassle, more money back.

  • We remove dead, dying, beetle-killed, and diseased trees that increase wildfire risk or spread infection to healthy stands. Includes thinning, ladder fuel removal, and disease mitigation.

This chart illustrates the significant "survival gap" between homes that have implemented fire-hardening measures and those that have not. According to compiled research from the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), homes with comprehensive mitigation—including Class A roofing, non-combustible siding, and a cleared "Zone Zero" (0–5 feet)—experience a 54% survival rate compared to 10–20% for homes with high fuel loads and no defensible space. The data underscores that while no home is "fireproof," structural hardening and vegetation management collectively more than double a property's chance of surviving a wildfire event.
